Agree, this update was the worse. I couldn't use default skins for weapons, and my skins looked really ugly... So I had to sell them all... Found in Google only one site, where I could sell skins, it's called https://skins.cash/. By the way, there is available a payout via debit card. P.S. I hate Valve for this update!
